Mediaburst had a number of customers request the ability to send surveys via SMS (text message) and analyse responses. Rather than bolt the functionality onto an existing product offering, it made more sense to create a brand new service. The team set out to create a minimum viable product. This would allow users to create a survey, upload contacts, buy credit and then send or schedule the survey. They would also be able to view reports on sent surveys.
I was tasked with designing the entire user journey from the simple marketing site through to onboarding, survey management and detailed reporting. I also created the branding which was a nod towards the textile warehouse home of Mediaburst.
